It is an older hotel with ALOT of potential. Great location right on the water; Good restaurant (although out of Beef on Weck!); pleasant staff. Needs upgrading but with limited options in Dunkirk/Fredonia I would recommend.

nice location

lovely views of the lake, the facility was a little run down looking, but only in minor ways. person who checked us in was not very friendly, and gave us one key card that didn't work at all, and both cards were not working in the morning. person at the desk at that time was gracious and fixed them both. breakfast what you'd expect, nothing great, eggs that weird consistency that hotel eggs always seem to have. Bathroom counter and shower were not very clean.

This place is worn out and neglected. Our room smelled like an old basement, and after spotting mold on the seams of the wallpaper and ceiling we requested another room. I can’t list off everything that was disappointing about this whole stay, it’s just too much. This place just needs a complete overhaul. But it’s a struggling town, and I guess this is what you get. It’s just a shame.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in We had to move rooms because of a spider infestation, wallpaper was falling off the walks, the shower was stained, and the smell of mildew was intense The place should not be in service Unfortunately there was no other hotel to move to

Clean room, bathtub was old and very stained at the drain. Toilet had a hard time. Flushing and sink didn’t drain fast. Bed was super comfy one of the best night sleeps at a hotel. Breakfast excellent and the service was so kind.

Property was close to the fishing pier and had a good rating. Elevator had homemade signs on it and was very confusing to use. Room was clean but very run down. Beds were comfy.
