The room was great, and the housekeeper staff had great coutomer service. What was bad, if your are a no smoking place in some rooms your need to keep the smell in that room, because the draft in the hallway brings it in other rooms and it's is arefull and very discomfortable to enjoy your stay

Everything was great. Staff and room. The only thing I think that needs to be changed is the shower heads. All hotels should have hand held shower heads in all rooms, not just handicapped accessible rooms.

Checked in Wednesday checked out Sunday, during our stay our room was not cleaned two nights, beds unmade, no clean towels or amenities. If it wasn't for Michael the night housekeeping manager we would have been very angry, the first night the room was not cleaned he brought us clean towels and amenities, the second night he came personally and made our beds with clean sheets. Too bad all your employees are not as helpful and willing to do their job. Michael is a keeper!!!!
