I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I lost one of my personal items in the hotel and tried multiple times to contact the staff, but never received a response. Additionally, the breakfast experience was uncomfortable — the server kept staring at guests while they were picking food, which felt very awkward and impolite. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism made my stay unpleasant.
