Locations of property and accessible to downtown (restaurants, bar & clubs) the direct accessible to the crystals blue water for swimming, snorkeling and Diving,nothings fancy, but just a basic nice hotel,i sure will be returning,restaurant bar on sight offers half OFF DRINK & FOOD ,just cool spot to stay.

One star is for location. All other is terrible. Property is old and outdated with maintenance problems. But this was expected. Main problem is that beach, you can see in property description is now rented to a bar, which specialized on Cruise Ships crew. So, it is always crowded with very loud music and fish n chips smell all around. Good luck if you want to take a nap in the afternoon, or intake a fresh air. Second - WiFi very slow and unstable, disconnecting every 5-10 minutes. Cleaning - means just making a bed. Save your vacation, do not stay there.

The rooms are not fancy, but exactly what I look for in accommodations for a scuba diving trip. Rooms are clean and cool. The bar on the grounds is a little noisy and boisterous when the cruise ship staffers are there, but gets quiet before 10:00pm. All things considered, a fun place to stay and convenient to everything.

We stayed at this Property around 25 times in the last 35 years. We love it. Nothing fancy, but it’s right on the water and dive boats pick you up from the dock. The pool is wonderful with a swim up bar.
