Booked and paid for room not available on arrival, turns out the gave it to another person, then a 45 minute wait at 10pm, to find a room and have it “cleaned” as no house keeping available, bad bed, upstairs access, I’m disable and struggle with stairs, and room condition very poor, thread bare carpets and worn bathroom floor, at least the sheets were clean. What can I say, never again, despite coming half the stay $ back I’d rather spend twice the full cost and have decent service in future
