The room was clean and met our needs, but could have used more lights and some furniture, especially to sit on. The lady at the desk was very helpful, especially in obtaining reliable shuttle service to and from the port, for which we were very grateful. We were able to safely leave our car there while gone since it was parked under surveillance.

Great location and courteous staff. However, the rooms are very Spartan without so much as a microwave, coffee maker, or even a clock radio. Coffee is offered in the lobby during morning hours, but you better get there early if you want a cup.

Locked out of my room for almost an hour, at 9PM, due to the card reader battery going bad. Staff was helpful, but still didn't change the fact that I had to stand outside, eating dinner we ordered before it went cold, while we waited for it to be fixed and let back in.
