Someone either with Expedia or the person who was working at the front desk made 3 fraudulent charges on my debit card. So now I have the headache of that and all that that entails because of a thief. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and possibly will not be using Expedia because of this situation

The first rooms we were given had trash on the floor, not been swept, bathroom had hair and mold in the floor corners. Second set of rooms were somewhat cleaner,but smelled of mildew and strong garlic. Mattresses were high but comfortable.

I was put in a smoking room and ask to cancel my reservation he agreed to cancel whit out charge because he said this was a common mistake people do and said he was going to leav a note for me then he advise me to call Expedia which I did was on the phone for three hours no response and I canta t them Monday and they said they. Did cancel my booking he even let me do a tour to the room it was dirty and smelly

I chose this property solely because we were going to a concert at the casino and it was within walking distance. The lady provided excellent customer service upon checking in. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, however, every item in the room was unplugged. It took us a while to find the plugs, plug everything in, then wait on the television to reset. I will add that the furniture is seriously outdated. For the price, I was very disappointed.

I am 76 yrs old and 5'1" tall. I had to get a stool from the office and step from it onto a rolling chair to be able to reach the bed. It was very difficult and dangerous but I made it and the bed was very comfortable. I had no slippers and had to walk bare footed in the room. The carpet was absolutely filthy. The insoles of my shoes black and ruined. The bathroom fan was very noisy and I had to close the door at night to sleep. Overall tho, the room was comfortable and quiet and reasonable for the price.

The hotel was very nice and convenient. The problem we had the smoke detector started going off in the room at 3 am one morning, the front desk changed our room. The room we moved in, the tv didnt work, we decided not to say anything we watched a movie on the tablet.
