It was our 22nd anniversary and we had the hot tub on the balcony. The room was great. We had a wonderful view of the mountains and all the trees changing colors. We did go to the Therapy pool. It was extremely hot, but great once you got use to it. The other is a cold plunge pool. I would not recommend it! 😁😁

The Mineral Pool didn't seem to have a very high mineral content. I've been to many mineral pools (at Hotels and Parks like Thermopolis) and my rings always turn black. Here? Nothing. Smelled more like chlorine than minerals. The temperature was great. So, expect more of a very big Hot Tub, than a mineral pool and you'll likely enjoy their Mineral Pool.

Pros: Great location in Carson, the appeal for us was the location being able to be so close to Gifford Pinchot and exploring the great outdoors! soaking mineral pool and cold plunge spa ammenities- great massage! Cons: soaking pool was closed the last two days we were there and that was one of the main reasons we booked this place ordered croissant breakfast sandwiches from the cafe and the croissant was soggy stairs! if you are on the 2nd floor, be prepared to put in some steps to get up to your room Overall good stay, just wish the soaking pool was available to use the entire time we stayed there.

Staff was very friendly at checkin. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The pool was clean and let up nicely. It did not smell like hot springs tend to smell.
