All the staffs are very nice. The rooms are clean and roomy. Hotel is just a few minutes away from the Bryce Canyon National Park.

Upon check-in we requested a ground floor unit but were told none were available. During our stay it was quite clear there were many ground floor rooms open and unused. Disappointed there was zero effort or communication about why we had to be the only people staying on second floor with no elevators and two small children. Unlikely to stay here when we come back.
