Found a liquor bottle in the room. The remote for tv doesn’t work. Bathroom light flickers really bad. It’s like your in a twilight zone. There’s no option on pillows, like hard or soft ones. Not trying to be all negative but those are essential things.

Room was fine. Check-in was also fast and courteous. However, outside our door in the hallway the flooring was buckled up in several places and it was a tripping hazard. Everyone was tripping on it. I reported it at checkout and was told they had spoken to property GM and would report they had another complaint about the issue. On our last night we were awaken with a noise above us just past 2 am and it continued until about 7am. Could have been pipes ? I stepped into the hallway and seen a maintenance man and asked him if they was working on something and he said no but suggested it might be the elevator. We did not sleep after 2 am bc of the noise. Complained at checkout and they also suggested the elevator but it was not the elevator going up and down. I am requesting they refund the monies paid for Friday night. It was perfectly fine the first 2 nights. Thank you, Pam Ousley

The entire building smelled musty. Carpets in hallways and rooms are stained. My window curtains, shower curtain, and mattress were stained. I killed roughly 6 cockroaches. Beds were never made and were extremely hard. Towels were replaced once in the 3 nights were there and they only replaced half of them. Coffee set up was never replaced. The outlet by the sink was about to fall out of the wall and didn’t work. Will never stay here again and would advise others to not stay here either.
About the 6th cockroach I killed on our room.
