The staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and adequate although nothing special. The bar near the lobby was great and convenient. The only restaurant we tried, The Urban Table, was excellent. It was kind of cool to look out of some of the windows and see the remnants of the old Bethlehem Steel plant.

I paid almost $400 (wildly overpriced) for an evening getaway for my mom’s birthday. The location was exceptional as we were attending Christkindlmrkt and Bethlehem Christmas Village. However, our room was on the 10th floor and the room vibrated incessantly from an onsite concert late into the evening!! Additionally the walls are paper thin. It was impossible to sleep. We ate at the new restaurant and had mixed reviews. Service at both the restaurant and hotel were top notch!
