The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make every corner feel like a postcard moment. The grounds are immaculate, and the serene ambiance truly makes it a paradise getaway. The service at the pools was exceptional, and we want to give a special shout-out to Adan, Felix, Christian, and Angel, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor added so much to our experience. We were also fortunate to attend the New Year’s Eve event, which was impeccably organized with incredible attention to detail. Antonio’s warm and professional service stood out and made the night even more memorable. Additionally, we dined at Zao Shene, where Antonio once again provided phenomenal service, making the meal an unforgettable culinary experience. Another highlight was our dinner at Fellini’s. Bartolo was outstanding—his knowledge of the menu, impeccable service, and genuine kindness elevated our evening. It was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Every staff member we encountered contributed to the incredible experience. Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is a gem, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!"

"It is a perfect location. The beach on site is swimable unlike many other locations. The staff were all very helpful and service oriented. We especially thought Armando was amazing as he made breakfast to order at the buffet. He works so fast and efficiently. The restaurants were very good and the view right on the beach was perfect. "

"We came here for a family reunion and we were not disappointed. We were a group of 50 year olds with our 20 year old grown children. Palace is not super new but was very clean. Excellent staff tending to our needs and keeping grounds clean. Food was excellent, particularly the buffet. We could walk to adjacent property Santa Fe for parties and entertainment but it was much more crowded and loud -I was glad we didn’t stay there. At the Palace, NYE was especially magical. Pools were lovely and uncrowded and chair hogging was not a problem here. I would definitely recommend- classy and very nice stay"
