Property was beautiful. Food was amazing. Staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. Only critique I have is the consistency on the drinks and food varied from day to day depending on who was making what but overall great service and food.

The room felt very outdated. As shown in the photos, the bathroom door couldn’t even close properly, and the entire room had a noticeable smell. It clearly needs major updates and better maintenance. The resort has several swimming pools, including a kids’ zone, which is nice, but the food quality was disappointing across the board. For an all-inclusive resort at this price point, I expected much better dining options and taste. Another big issue was the airport shuttle. Before arriving, I called the hotel asking about transportation, and the staff member told me that once I exited the airport, I could just hop on any shuttle and it would take me to the hotel. That turned out to be completely inaccurate—shuttles need to be reserved 72 hours in advance. This caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience right at the start of the trip.

The staff cleaned our rooms daily which was amazing. You also have an option to opt out if you place the do not disturb sign on your door. The staff were kind and welcoming. So many different varieties of food at the resort which was great, however, I feel like the quality of food could’ve been more authentic. All inclusive is definitely worth it. Pools are kept clean and staff is very attentive. You’re able to reserve bon fire pits by the beach. The sunsets were so beautiful. The resort is absolutely stunning. They offer a tour liaison for activities in Los Cabo’s at the actual resort by the main lobby, which is very helpful if you’re interested in the local tours. Transportation lacks options for example they do not offer free shuttle service from airport to hotel. The transportation we inquired about was about $200 which included round trip for airport transportation. We had to Uber everywhere, they would have to pick us up outside the resort due to hotel policy. Downtown, Cabo San Lucas is located 30min away. So be prepared to spend some money on Uber transportation. I highly recommend you rent a vehicle if you want to get out of the resort to visit known tourist areas. Overall experience was a 8/10. I would recommend this resort to family and friends. I plan to visit next fall.

The Hyatt Ziva met all of my expectations! Everything about this resort was the top of the line. From the staff on up we were treated like Royalty.t Sll the restaurants had excellent food and the various bars poured all of our favorite premium spirits !

Room was spacious with a great view of the property. Staff was over the top friendly and attentive. However, we paid for the "club" adults only tower. At this property, that was a total misnomer. Screeching children were everywhere (except for the adult pool) and the "club" turned out to be a small liquor cabinet on a separate floor which used the room key for access. This feature was not as advertised. Do not "upgrade" for this - it's not an upgrade in any sense of the word. We found the all the premium liquors we wanted at the regular bars.

This resort was amazing! Staff were great and food was soo good! They have plenty of bars and restaurants throughout the property and so many snacks available to get throughout your day! The tacos on the adult side were the best!
