The resort is beautiful with great beach access. Staff very friendly and food was very good. Enjoyed the entertainment. The building is clearly old and you could tell from the plumbing - everytime the toilet was flushed the water smelt like sewer. Toilet also got blocked and water pressure in the showers was awful. Overall a good experience but please fix the plumbing!

Horrible stay, food cold and old, front desk not friendly at old, if you want to eat on a restaurant need a reservation, we want to eat good. Pool service horrible. I only will give 5 start to the housekeeping lady!! She was so nice and even said have a great day! Never we will stay here again, also pay $300 cash for upgrade room with view at the ocean, was crazy since we don’t have that view ??!! Waste money, and time.

Elevators were not working, difficult to get around with stroller or elderly because of the stairs. Many dining facilities operating hours didn’t over lap each other or they were closed the whole day. Reservations for dinner booked at one place but moved to another… so we ended up eating at the same restaurant 3 nights in a row (not the buffet).

The view was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food selection could be better. But i would say their red chicken pozole was the best ive had in a long time. Even back in LA. Kids loved the atmosphere, the activities and the staff.

The property itself was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly. I chose this property because of international food options and was disappointed. The options were very limited to burgers,pizza and hot dogs. The buffet was 99% Mexican food everyday. The other restaurants I didn't care for the food.either.I ended up doing uber eats majority of my stay

Alejandra is great I believe she was the supervisor at the pool! And also the gentleman forgot his name. It could be Marco, they are both awesome! Love their energy and enthusiasm! However, one front desk lady was awful! She has this attitude that my husband and I didn’t like. The she talk and give customer service was under appreciated. We come to have fun and enjoy our vacation not to argue for a bottle of water. Things like this should not be tolerated. Over all we treated the staff with kindness and respect through tips and nice gestures. With all due respect they all work so hard to keep the guest happy and enjoy their holidays. Anyway, still thinking if I should recommend this place to my family and friends. Also the place was under renovation. They should mention that during the booking. And lack of pool access.
