"Because two times the night hotel staff was rude when entering the building after a show at 12:00 confronted by gal at the desk for not having the hotel key and ignoring us when we hit the call button for help. In the morning she was rude again when checking out she says clearly you’re standing in line so you don’t need to leave your cards in the night box. I love staying here but she was rude and wearing an airbud like she could not bother to help us…"

"Everything was going great until I was told my stay did not include breakfast even I paid for it. The front desk guy was not so helpful, but then I called Expedia and they took care of it. I just hope it’s not charged on my card later. The breakfast is not the typical continental, it’s very well cooked and served to order. The parking was easy access and probably the least expensive from the Denver area, $15 a night. 4.5/5 rating."

"This was a great property right next to the historic Brown Palace in downtown Denver. We came in on the train and it’s a straight shot down 17th St to get there. It’s almost a mile so it will take you a good 25 minutes to walk. If I had known this, I probably would’ve have booked it but I’m glad we did. It was a pretty walk seeing the shops with Christmas lights and the outdoor ice rink. The rooms were clean & comfortable and the hot breakfast was excellent with lots of comfortable seating and places to work on the computer! The fitness center was great. We enjoyed exploring the Brown Palace and Trinity Church next door. The worker at the front desk the evening we arrived also gave us tips about other things to do like the Christmas Market within walking distance. "
