We left for Boston Friday morning. We drove to a town past Denver called Limon. Small town but a great hotel. We were going to stay at a Hyatt in Denver, but when we got there the spirit told us not to stay at the hotel. Once we got there we knew why. There was one small lane to leave your car to check into the hotel one side of the lane was the road and on the other side a bike lane. We pulled in and the hotel valet told us he could not park our car due to our car rack on the top of our car. We asked what parking options are available and he told us there was three. In back of the hotel was unsecured public parking. If we wanted a more secure we could park in the public parking across, but it’s rates are $20 for 12 hours, so we either had to check out early or walk across and Pay again. We asked if either option was safe for our vehicle and he wouldn’t answer. He finally replied that there was a parking garage three blocks away that some guests use. He said that if we chose that we would have to leave a bags on the curb while we park and walk back. If we did that he warned us that getting our bags off the car rack would be dangerous due to the street and bike lane. He also said that if we wanted to check into the hotel we could leave our bags on the sidewalk or take them with us to check into our room. Either way we had to leave him our keys because he would have to move our car for other customers. We lost $200 because the web site said parking available. No mention of fees

Excellent on site staff!
The staff, particularly the front desk staff, was phenomenal! They were friendly, helpful, and patient. The breakfast staff hustled so hard and were patient with some rude patrons. The rooms were clean. The laundry on-site was very convenient. The overnight parking is too expensive, but comparable to the rest of Denver. The valet workers were efficient and friendly, making the parking prices seem a little more reasonable. Highly recommended to anyone staying in the Convention Center area.
