Magnolia has definitely lost its touch post Covid. I have booked three separate nights in the last year and each time my reservation through Expedia was treated with less priority and professionalism. for three street stays, I have been placed in a room next to an elevator and each time that I have asked to be relocated I have been told that there would be no guarantee snd ultimately no fix to the issue. My latest stay included a power outage in my room with a very unprofessional electric worker, trying to get in the room while we were trying to quickly dress in the dark. We asked for an additional 20 minutes to exit the room and we’re given aggressive responses because of the worker not wanting to have to come back. Completely ridiculous. Valet parking, drinks at Harry’s and breakfast are all marked up with little additional value to justify prices. Hotel lobby area is always chaotic and very rarely clean like it used to be. I would recommend giving a newer hotel a try for this price. Only positive aspect of this hotel is its proximity to restaurants and Coors field. Too many other competitive options to continue to stay here.

Got a terrible room the first night - the toilet didn’t flush and lots of noise from the next room. Talked to the desk staff about it the next morning, and they set me up with a great room for my second night - clean, quiet and the toilet worked! Overall it’s a nice hotel in a good location.
