1. Be sure to ask to have your room cleaned or they won't do it.
2. Staff is not empowered to handle situations on their own but do an excellent job anyway.
Very convenient for what we needed for a night. Room and bathroom were in great condition and comfortable.

I don’t like: 1. Not using fitted sheets on a mattress, this hotel uses flat sheets that don’t stay 2. I don’t like the lights on the bed the come on every time you toss and turn in bed. 3. I don’t like the vent on the wall that blasts cold air on my face all night so I can’t sleep, 4. I hate not having a normal door on the bathroom, the sliding door is annoying and loud
5. I don’t like hard floors I like carpet instead 6. I hated the soft un supportive beds
The surrounding area was promised to be a perfect base for tourists.
I brought my teenaged daughter, only to find the area dirty, not good for pedestrians, full of homeless junkies who were begging if they were awake - otherwise sleeping on the street.
We were accosted several times.
Unless some arrangements are made to make amends, I will not be staying at a Hyatt facility in the future.
The restaurant staff the day of check out was rude and we had to ask for everything…coffee menu’s refills and the. We get our food and our daughter had a hair laughing on top of her burrito. No apology and it was obvious they went back took hair off and brought back…they were gone for like a couple minutes no way they remade that. We paid extra for the breakfast so not worth it!! We won’t stay here again because of that!
This property was incredibly rude to me when I asked if I could check in an hour before check in time. Yet, when I sent my husband in 10 minutes later to ask the same question, the same girl told him it was fine. The room was not very clean. A dirty used coffee cup still on the night stand. And when I left, they charged my credit card $59 for valet parking yet I parked my car personally in a nearby garage not associated with the hotel. They did refund it when I called and complained that I never used their valet.
