Everything about this hotel was fine except that their main elevator was not working. The one elevator that worked was about as far from the lobby as it could be. They assigned us a room that was as far from the elevator as it could be. All the stairways led only to exterior exits so you still had to walk around the building to get to the lobby. The person who managed the continental breakfast was friendly, helpful and kind.

Nice hotel, staff not friendly at all. The girl who checked us in was too busy on her phone to even talk to us. Did not realize we had to budget an extra 100$ to park in the parking lot. Paying to park makes no sense when there is literally nothing else around. The staff doing breakfast was rude and did not answer questions when asked.

Clean Rooms, But Service and Parking Are a Hassle

​My recent stay was a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were clean and well-kept, which was a definite plus. On the other, the overall experience was severely impacted by poor service and a frustrating parking situation. ​Upon arrival, the front desk staff was far from welcoming. Customer service seemed to be an afterthought. To make things worse, the main elevator was out of service, and we were given a room that required a long walk through the hotel, up a working elevator, and then all the way back down the length of the building to reach our room. ​The parking policy was the most troubling part of our stay. We had to pay an extra fee, and within a few minutes of us getting to our room, a security vehicle was already waiting by our car. It felt like a trap, and we were lucky to have seen them in time to quickly pay the fee. This lack of a grace period is unacceptable. A better system would be to provide guests with ample time to pay or simply include the parking cost in the room rate to prevent this kind of stress for guests.

Great place - Needs parking clarification

When I checked in, I was not asked for my rental car plate number. The next morning, after I left the hotel, I saw a notice on my windshield to register my plate number. Not sure how to proceed.

Nice place to pop in

Hotel was simple and clean, perfect for overnight close to the airport for an early morning flight. Nearest couple of restaurants where within walking distance, which feels good to do after a long day of travel.

It was a disappointing stay. Upon coming in there was a church service taking place where they were screaming so loud, I could barely hear to check in and honestly just wanted to turn around and leave. No where does it say you have to pay $17 per night for parking which is disappointing for the area. The breakfast was abysmal. The food was inedible and we just decided not to eat after not being able to tell upon sight what some of the items were and some of the colors being really off for what they should have been.

Everything was great but I really think that whoever clean the room went thru my stuff because I had my luggage when I left I can tell it was moved and I had a plastic bag with dirty clothes that was tie up and when I came back the bag was ripped like someone dig around in it. What wrong with people I should have took a pic next time I’m putting a camera in the room where ever I stay at.
