"Likely the best airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Big rooms. Great breakfast. Great staff. Amazingly great value for money. Close to the airport and free shuttle. Ability to control the temperature in the room, all beds are pretty firm in Japan so that’s normal. But everything else is amazing. "

The hotel is clean and they come and clean your room and give you new products every day. No need to worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, or body wash they have big bottles in the shower already for you to use. "

The bathroom were very clean nice staff 10 out of 10. Definitely will come back with my three kids. My kids are very sad that we’re leaving."

"There is everything you need for a short stay between trips. I am glad I chose this hotel after long flight form US before a big bus ride to my hometown. I was able to rest right away and nice to be able to take a bath. Breakfast was very good and convenient since there is nothing around to go eat except for the 24 hr Lawson inside of the hotel which could work if you are not too picky. I would stay here again. Very reasonable for what you get. "
