Amazing to watch the airplanes fly, land, and takeoff without hearing any sound. Clean, large room, comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Airport shuttle very convenient and free. Staff are very accommodating and happy to assist even with a language barrier. Luggage was forwarded to our next hotel with ease. Room was clean and quiet, even though it was close to elevators. Lawson's konbini in the hotel is convenient plus a laundry and vending machines on the floor. Overall an excellent stay.

The shuttle service between the hotel and the airport and the town of Narita is excellent. The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. We would definitely recommend Hotel Nikko Narita to anyone.
