Unfortunately it was a sleepless night as the room AC apparently isn’t turned on and our room temp was 81 degrees ( 27 degrees ) through the night. It was in the high ‘60s outside. Very efficient airport shuttle and bell crew in lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful overall.

I really enjoy staying at the Nikko Narita property. My only comaint is when winter starts setting in the AC is off at the hotel so you need to open the window and request a fan which they provide and assist.

We reserved a family room and it was nicely updated from the last time we stayed there. Another thing that has changed is the shuttle bus that takes you to the mall and Narita Train station, very nice that the bus now is for only for Nikko Hotel, before it was shared with Art hotel and another it was always packed and a long trip back because of the multiple stops. We like Niiko because of the shuttle and usually spend a few hours at the mall but also easy to get to Naritasan temple and walk around as well.
