I accidentally booked my stay for the wrong date—one day earlier than intended. When I arrived the following day, the hotel receptionist couldn’t find my reservation, so I showed him my confirmation. He then realized the booking was for the previous day, acknowledged the mistake, and advised me to rebook. I understood this to mean that the original night would be refunded.
Expedia made several attempts to request the refund, as both bookings were visible and the hotel had already marked the previous day as a no-show. Despite this, the hotel refused to issue any refund, not even a partial one. This was extremely disappointing, and because of this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
