It’s close to Disneyland but not to downtown Tokyo or the city center. I would recommend learn g the rail map as soon as you can.

Almost everyone there was polite, the property itself is very clean but I did encounter one rude employee during my stay, otherwise everything else was nice. I really thought they had a pool but that didn’t affect my rating

Perfect place to stay if you’re planning on going to Disney. Transportation to and from is a huge advantage and the staff are super helpful. We ended up staying a third night as it was convenient and enjoyable.
