Very run-of-the-mill experience. Service, while passable, was nothing to shout about. No one offered to take our bags to the room or bothered to explain which lift lobby was closest to it. The place is rather huge and we had to walk quite a bit with our heavy baggage, trying to navigate our way to the room. We booked a magic forest room for our kids and while it was enough to entertain them for the night, the amenities provided were a little disappointingly basic--a sponge and a toothbrush set. Would have been great to see some kid-friendly shower gels and shampoos as well as a child toilet seat. Unfortunately, these were not provided. What makes it stand out (on top of proximity and convenience to Disney) is the large room and availability of Lawson just downstairs.

We liked it was close to the Disney parks. We didn’t like that you had to pay for all the amenities. If you wanted to use the pool, the hot tub in the gym. Some of the staff were very rude to my friend. They gave me dirty looks because my tattoo was showing even though it was just a flower. We were even told to use the hot tub after 9:30pm. Definitely don’t recommend staying here, the train stops early so it limits you if you want to explore the city.

Awesome experience for our first time in Tokyo. The buffet could be better and provide American selections would be great since it was a Hilton hotel.
