The room was a pretty typical Hilton hotel - for what else we experienced in Japan, it felt lacking but we expected this as we came for Disney at the end of our trip! They did provide amenities like toothbrushes, combs, etc but compared to other places where we were given pajamas, skincare sets, etc - it just lacked a bit. Our biggest complaint about the hotel was that the fantasy springs hotel, directly across the street that attaches to Disney Sea won’t let you use the exit at park close. We can understand leaving it reserved for the guests staying at Fantasy Springs for opening but to not let us use the exit seemed silly. Especially when the park was nearly empty. While this isn’t the Hilton’s fault, I do believe this is something they should discuss with the company to have arranged. Otherwise everything was great, the staff was exceptional and rooms clean! If you want to stay on property without the Disney price tag- book this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, close to parks and easy walking distance. Staff super helpful and the access to the shops was great especially late at night after a long day in the parks. Beds super comfy and lots of room.

Room was HUGE! Which I found is hard to come by in Japan. We loved our room with the ocean view. The hotel pajamas were so comfy! Room was stocked with amenities, and there was an ice machine conveniently located on our floor. I would really recommend this hotel if you’re planning on doing multiple days at Disney. The hotel shuttle takes you right to the station that you use to get onto the Disney monorail that will take you to the parks, super convenient! We had to use the information desk quite a few times, and each time, they were very helpful. Also a great feature was the 24-hour convenience store downstairs. Overall, the best accommodation we had during our trip!

A great option for those wanting to stay on the Disney Resort Line for the Disney theme parks. We got a lovely spacious room for 4 with the most comfortable bed and ocean view. Staff were friendly and helpful, not much in the way of dinner options or room service at the hotel (though you can always use delivery services) but buffet breakfast was nice. Housekeeping was thorough, and the hotel shuttle bus from Maihama was handy. Would stay again!
