The room was clean and the section I was staying at was pretty calm. Not chaotic as some ares were. Dislikes: An empty cupboard where the fridge should be. You must have a premiere room to have a fridge in the room. No microwave Expensive food in the hotel. I reserved two rooms for my family’s stay. We were in two different towers. I tried to correct this problem but it was such an enormous hassle.

The room was not clean. It had some napkins on the shelf above the refrigerator, and the trash can was not empty from the previous guests. We wondered if the room was actually cleaned. We had to rush out so had no time to report it, but we were very disappointed that NY NY hotel would be maintained in such poor condition.

The room was spotless. It was nice and quiet, which means restful sleeping. The America restaurant was convenient because it didn't require leaving the hotel to eat breakfast in the morning. With the Strip closed for the F1 Racing, it made for a lot of walking. I will definitely recommend the New York New York Hotel to family and friends.
