The worse thing about our stay was the toilet paper. Everything g else was great! It’s family and budget friendly, it’s off the main strip but close enough to everything. We especially loved the kitchen (we are a family of 4 so dinning out every evening can get very expensive) and it’s right across from Walmart. Both kids, 16 & 8 had a blast at the water park (us parents did too).
Our room was a little outdated, but fresh and clean. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the pillows.
Overall, we really enjoyed the Resort, and are already planning out trip back for next year!

Best Trip Ever!!!!
This was one of the best vacations ever! The staff was amazing! The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding! The experience was phenomenal! We will definitely be back!
Great place for the family. The room was very good other than the bathroom which needed remodeling. The door to the room stuck which is an easy fix. The only problem we saw was the steps to the pool had a very sharp edge instead of round which isn’t great. I’d be surprised if there hasn’t been several people sustain cuts from them. Overall it was a great place for a family getaway!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Great resort! Poor upkeep to activities.
The people were very friendly and accommodating. Condition was average. In a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst, I’d say a 6. They advertise multiple amenities that aren’t the best of quality. The putt putt course is unplayable. The movie in the lawn stopped a lot and the mequitos were horrible. Not all arcade games or soda machines were operable. I’d suggest stocking up on snacks and drinks across the street at WalMart. The build a buddy and pillow making wasn’t really worth the money it cost, but it made the kids happy. Very low budget version of build a bear and a pillow. More of an arts and crafts project. But the pool and playground was clean and in great shape. Very shape and always had a well trained lifegaurd on staff that was very attention oriented. I’d for sure go back with our family, but I’d plan to do more off of the resort than on the resort.
Loved our stay at Governor’s Crossing Resort. They have friendly staff, very clean rooms, and very attentive & prompt if you run into any issues. The kids really enjoyed the water park too! It’s in a great and convenient location in Pigeon Forge-Sevierville. We will definitely be back soon.
The amenities on this property are misleading. If you are staying there for the water park ( which is why I picked this place) you will be disappointed. The "indoor waterpark" has a pool and 2 waterslides and another little play area. The "outdoor waterpark" has a pool, 2 slides, small lazy river and play area for small kids. My kids got bored very fast. Also the "arcade" is 2 small rooms with a few games each and some of the games did not work. The gym (which my son needed the treadmill to train for races) was being renovated and there was nothing they could do to help us but tell us to go across the street so we could pay 65.00 per person for the week. However, with all that being said, the rooms were very nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and tried to help the best they could.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
The room was dirty, the shower needed work, and the bathroom had dirt and hair, but the kids had a good time.
