"My family and I were very comfortable at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the reception staff treated us with complete kindness and hospitality, all of them: Stacy, Ismael, and Angelica, and I'm missing the name of another young woman who was also super attentive to us. They offered us water, cookies, coffee, tea, and sweets at all times, and a hot and cold breakfast in the mornings. The woman who works in the food area was very kind and always kept the area well-stocked. The housekeeping staff was wonderful too. We've stayed in many hotels, and I can say that the staff at this hotel were exceptional. The quality of the hotel is very good, and the rooms in particular are excellent. The cleanliness was outstanding. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, amenities, among other things. The area is safe, access to the hotel is controlled, and we always felt secure leaving our cars parked outside."
