Our stay was somewhat pleasant. After speaking to the front lobby we were given permissions to stay in the pool an hour after they closed. We had one security guard come and tell us the pool closed at 10. After telling him that we were given permission by a supervisor to stay until 11, he went and verified. We had a second security come to us hot headed demanding we get out. We tried multiple times to explain the situation but he kept saying "I don't care, I don't care, get out of here. Pool is closed." Super disrespectful. Supervisor came out and confirmed we were given permission by her to stay out later than the original time. Once he was given this information, tucked his tail and rode away on his bicycle. Didn't acknowledge us.
The hotel room was clean and tidy, service to the TV was poor and it kept losing connection so we couldn't enjoy a movie we were trying to watch. When I showered, used the bathroom or used the sink, the water kept backing up and bubbling from other drains, signifying a clog. When I showered, the water filled the bathtub up about 3" with an open drain and took forever to drain. Casino was not as nice as the Casino Del Sol. You are required to pay a $100 deposit on top of the cost of the room. You do get that back but unless I missed that information beforehand it was a surprise to me. Breakfast was not included and you have to go across the property to get the food spot.
Overall, I would not come back here. Very unpleasant. 3/10.
