I stayed here Sunday-Thursday nights with my daughter and my 2 dogs. I needed to add one more night because we would have to stay until 6 on Friday. So I made a second hotels.com reservation for the additional night. That’s when it went south. I asked the WORST front desk person for a room rate because we would be staying late on Friday. She quoted me higher than hotels.com so I told her that I’d just do that. I spoke to a great front desk person when I got my morning coffee. “It will be fine!” Great. Please don’t lock my daughter out. Daughter calls at 1, on speaker phone in lobby. No problem. Come see us when you get in. Ok! 5 pm I go to the WORST desk person, do the second check in for 1 hour. She calls my room, says she saw my dogs on camera. I said yep, been here all week! Suddenly I get $112 charge to my credit card! I go to the front desk thinking double charged me for the room. Nope, charge for my dogs!! I’ll be disputng that…

Not happy!
Booked here because it said it was pet friendly. At arrival found out $25 nonrefundable nightly fee to have our dog that was not disclosed prior. Even though a charge there was not a designated space for them outside. Was told not to walk bike/pedestrian path at night without husband as it was not safe. All soap/lotion dispensers were empty. Told to bring them to desk to get refilled but it took a key to take them off wall. Had to ask 2 more times to get it done. There 6 nights and never had any room/towel/trash service visit. Had to take towels to front desk to get new ones. Laundry facilities broken so had to do off sight. Had a kitchenette in room with stove etc but no utensils, pans or even paper towels. Could get them for a charge at front desk! Refrigerator was big so that was a plus. However they did not have ice machines on each floor. Had to turn ice maker in fridge on so got to listen to ice falling into the plastic bin at night a few feet from our bed so turned it off.

Great staff, great rooms, lots of things most hotels don’t have. The area is under development, so it’s basically surrounded by bare dirt, but there’s a mall with all the food and stuff you need across the street.

It’s close to everything. Only thing rooms have crappy coffee. I went down to get coffee , but the coffee bar was empty of creamers .. also a homeless person was in the lobby hanging out . Wasn’t afraid but shocked to see one. The coffee bar was good on the second day . No homeless in the lobby
