Room was not cleaned properly toilet seat was dirty ,toilet paper was not re stocked and eyelashes were on top of drawer could tell they didn’t take time to clean correctly and hallways smelled like cigarettes a lot.

Absolutly awful. Room smelled like smoke. Bathroom was broken and has water bubbling up from the floor. Everything was dirty. The staff was intensely insensitive. Avoid at all costs. Screaming at all hours of the night. There are other hotels on this strip. You should stay there and away from this trash fire

Nice layout and decor. Where the beds are, you can’t see the lights in the hallway. The elevator had a sticky floor and the AC was a bit noisy but I would stay there again.

Nice hotel stay (but awful check-in)
I've stayed here 3 years ago and loved it, so returned for a night while traveling. The hotel room was just as nice this time and is beautifully appointed and was also a great value. 100% happy with the room....but The check-in experience was not so good, though. The clerk was rude and dismissive and gave me keycards that didnt work. This was super annoying since I had to walk a distance to the elevator to get to my room (with 2 dogs tow) and then had to go all the way back to the front to get replacement keycards and she was rude again. One thing the hotel could address is that it's difficult to bring in luggage, etc. through the side entry doors because they don't have sloped curbs. If you use the large hotel cart to bring in things from the car, you cant wheel it in the side doors...you have to go all the way up to the front. The parking lot is sloped for drainage, which meant the cart almost tipped over while I was trying to get to an accessible sidewalk.

I have been staying at this Hotel for many years when I'm passing thru Tucson. I feel the property is getting very close to needing a make over. I notice the doors are not closing correctly. The beds are lumpy and sinking in the middle. The breakfast is just a shadow of what it used to be. It's hardly worth the effort going to get what is offered.. I like this hotel and don't wish to start searching for a replacement. So please make it like it was before..
