The staff was friendly. The room was clean, and spacious with a great view. My only complaint would have been there was no microwave to reheat my food Id brought up from Hanna's Table. The ease of check in and check out was great. And I loved that I could walk everywhere I needed pretty quickly. Would stay here again.

Our room had problems with the toilet and had to call maintenance both days of our stay. We resorted to just use the restrooms in the lobby. There was trash sitting by the elevator door on our floor the entire 3 days we were there and no one picking it up. The elevator was stuck and we had to take the stairs down which was like a horror movie how dirty it was in the stairwell. The pool area is nothing fancy, basically an ice cold pool on a cement slab by the road.

Nothing wrong with the property that I know of, as I was unable to stay. Expedia did not show that the booking was 21 , yet let me book anyway. Upon arrival, J resort said they would be more than willing to give me my money back due to the confusion, however I would have to get ahold of Expedia first. For 2 weeks I tried to contact Expedia in numerous ways, and was unable to get ahold of an actual live agent. Basically screwed me out of 250 bucks that I will never get back.
