It was our first trip to Punta Cana, and our first all-inclusive experience. We could not have asked for anything more! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Despite being an off-season time, they opened up all the restaurants and planned several activities throughout the day. Alexander was our butler and was extremely professional and friendly. 5 stars all the way!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The best vacation we’ve ever had all the staff is amazing and take the best care of you. Would recommend to anyone! If you go look for Juan by the pool! And Lenet at the towel stand!

Tengo mucho que decir acerca de mi estancia en este Resort. Mis expectativas fueron al piso poque yo ya habia estado una vez anterior y fue expectacular por eso decidi pagar un poco mas y repetir mi experiencia. Pero fue todo lo contrario. Primero cuando hice la reserva o incluso cuando llegamos al hotel NADIE nunca nos dijo k todos los restaurantes o el servicio de Buffet estaban CERRADOS. Nos mandaron a un “Sport Bar” donde lo unico k habia era hamburguesas y Hotdogs tacos y cosas asi. Que habia un solo restaurante abierto esa noche. (Que fue un desatre total) … yo hice la reclamacion con uno de los supervisores y me dijo que al otro dia iban abrir el buffet. Lo cual abrieron unas mesas improvisadas en uno de sus restaurantes… bien reducido para el desayuno y un “grill” para el almuerzo donde todos haciendo fila nos daban ua pieza de carne de eleccion. En la noche ya abrieron el segundo restaurante igual de mal esperamos la comid k ordenamos desde las 8pm hasta las 9:25pm … lo cual tambien me queje con el supervisor del turno. Con la comida todo fue asi de pesimo hasta el dia de nuestra salida k abrieron el Main Buffet para el desayuno solamente. Lo cual fue otra experiencia total. Con respecto a la habitacion nos pusieron en esta parte del hotel k parece estaba recien remodelada aun no limpia con cemento en el piso y un olor a polvo horrible k me disparo mis alergias llame y solicitamos si fuera posible un cambio y nos dijeron que no habia ese dia (con el hotel vacio)
