The whole experience was excellent. The staff was the best ever, including my personal butler Martín. They were always paying attention to the details. The room was clean and very comfortable. The personal outside jet tub with the pool view was pretty awesome. The restaurants and daily activities were great. We were so satisfied that we are planning to go back next year.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and always clean. Most of the food was really good but some of the interpretations was not always accurate to what you may be used to. Beach vendors are also a problem if you are looking to be left alone and will swarm you as you walk out past your resort beach chair area.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Food was good. Rooms were not the cleanest. And definitely stay safe at night. The security is good but definitely need more. Not going into details but stay safe along pathways at night.
