Great place to stay, pools and the property was great and fairly clean. Food and restaurants were good and had a lot of options. Staff was a bit rude at the beginning of the trip but after a few days there and seeing them more often, they got much more friendly and all was fine.

This property is amazing, there are many facilities that are in walking distance yet far enough to give it a very green feel. Restaurants and buffets have generally really good food, water service is not an issue. Rooms are clean even if not renovated, and concierge service is great.

Pros: Truck Wings, Sports Bar, Entertainment, Swim up bar with plenty of seating (no need to get up early for a chair), Plenty of Restaurants to choose from - Favorite Restaurant Thali (Indian) and Meats (ribeye and ribs), Buffet is good and a lot to choose from, Great Staff and good air conditioning in room, and they have Umbrellas in your closet (even though ours didn't - didn't request either). Cons: Beds are a bit hard even with foam, Train needs to be a bit more in sync with each other, all seemed to be going same direction, you should have colors on signs to know where you can/can't go and lastly bring bug spray for ankles and feet (no see'ms or sand fleas - not sure) but itch like crazy!!

We had a Handicap room which we did not ask for but ended up being good. From other people we heard lots of mold and small bathrooms our was large. Food was not as good as I remembered from coming years ago but specialty dining was good. Seems like everyone wants extra for everything now. Coffee shops do a great business at other resorts but here everything is a machine,

Rooms are dirty and old. Showers are rusted, bedsheets are smelly. Staff are careless, my husband got food poisoning, nobody cared. Shuttles are only for VIP. Lobby supervisor YANIBELL, careless, not helpful and ignoring people who waits to be attended. My last 3 days ruined, myself and my husband didn’t enjoy the hotel because of food poisoning, he was at room with fever, vomiting and diarrhea, Hotel did nothing about it. I asked 3 days refund, rejected! Never again.
