Our room was nice. The staff is friendly. There are four pools at the hotel, but a day after our arrival the hotel starting ripping the tile off of the main pool and it is close to all but one of the other pools/jacuzzis. The sound of the drilling was unbearable and lasted all day. The food at the hotel wasn’t good. If you pay with cash be sure to take a photo of your paid receipt. I paid several charges with cash and they were still charged to the room. The spa was very nice and the gym on site is great. Our stay was disappointing, though, due to the pool work being done.

The Grand Miramar Resort is a true gem! beautiful, impeccably clean, and wonderfully peaceful. Perched on a hill in one of the most desirable areas of Puerto Vallarta, it offers breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding nature. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member I met was incredibly friendly, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Angela made check-in a breeze, while Mario and Salvador, the bell boys, were attentive and courteous, enhancing the overall experience. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious, and Ulises’s warm personality added a special touch. I highly recommend Grand Miramar for an unforgettable stay.

Great hotel for relaxing. The views are amazing and the area is super green and lush. The rooms are very spacious and offer a small kitchen for those who want to cook a meal. We ate at their rooftop restaurant for dinner. Once again amazing views. Food is average but service was great. Their buffet breakfast was way better than i expected. Everything was super flavorful. Overall great hotel. Clean, Spacious, quiet and very friendly staf.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous views and spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are great. It is definitely a wonderful place to rest and relax. Having said that, it should be noted that the location of the hotel is a bit far from the center of town and there is no direct access to a beach from the property. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

My husband and I chose this property for our honeymoon and it was perfect! They upgraded our room at no extra charge, everyone was so sweet and the food was amazing! Even better, THE VIEWS. We were speechless. Even the drive up was beautiful. We rented a car for the week so we got to experience the drive and views privately in our own car. We’d definitely go back!
