Staff were very nice, hotel rooms and grounds very clean, beach area was nice. Lots of wild life and plants. The stay was great. I would go back again. Food was excellent. Entertainment was the best of any resort I have been to. The staff helped you get to and from excursions safely. All around excellent experience.

The gym was ok , the air conditioning works but there is no dehumidifier in it , so it’s like a sauna , the gifts shops and spa are 3 times more then any other places, the entertainment and restaurants repeat its self after 1 week , no5 enough English tv channels,

The friendly staff, cleanliness and wildlife around the resort made the trip! Most of the pools were a bit deep for our youngest to enjoy, but the kids had a great time in the wave pool. The activities were always delayed, sometimes up to 30 minutes. The lazy river left a lot to be desired. The food was always good. We were very disappointed booking with Expedia, as the price quoted with taxes and fees was $800 less than what we were charged. Also the $400 credit was in the form of coupons. For example, pay $100 USD and get $25 off. Everything at the resort was 2-3 times more expensive than what it was a home, like sun screen, vanilla, clothing or even Tajin.
