We had a marvelous stay. Gorgeous property and the most trained and friendly staff! Most restaurants were excellent. Beach area gorgeous and service on the beach outstanding. The size of the property felt overwhelming though. I think better maps are needed and a more comprehensive orientation at checkin. Also, coffee and water should be available 24 hours a day in the lobby. This was a big miss. We did have a super time and highly recommend.

The place is beautiful but the hotel does not have the infrastructure to host as many guests as it intends to. You couldn’t find and available chair at the beach or the pool after 9:00 am food was average if not poor. Service was ok. I would go to the Banyan Tree instead.

Stunning property set in a lush jungle environment. Dreamy surroundings with beautiful landscaping, both manicured and natural. Meticulous housekeeping services, spotless rooms.
