We stayed here for one night. The hotel is clean and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The furniture and decor are old-fashioned and outdated, but well-kept. There’s a small rooftop lounge area with a few chairs, which is nice but quite empty. They also have a nice pool. The location is close to Niagara Falls Park, which is convenient, though the area around the hotel didn’t feel very safe and most nearby stores were closed

Warren and the other staff members were amazing and very helpful. The best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. People were always cleaning. Liked that it had a bar and some choices for bar food. Wish the area around the hotel was kept up better, but that is not the hotels responsibility. 7 minute walk to Niagara Falls.

They had to give us a different room after we unpacked because when we opened the sofa bed there was trash in the corner and a towel with blood on it. The room apparently hadn’t been cleaned. It kind of ruined our entire stay wondering if the linens and rooms were actually clean. Will not be staying with Hyatt again. The phone in the room didn’t work and I had to go downstairs to tell them the issue. I asked for more pillows and I was told they would “try” but didn’t know if they had any extra. The bed comforter was old and itchy.

Warren on the front desk was awesome, he knows his job. The King room was awesome, Falls facing, fireworks, laser lights, etc. 6th floor viewing lounge was a super bonus. $11.00 Breakfast was average & good. Parking was across the street in a parking deck and it was free, not the greatest parking deck but free is free. The area around the State Park is less than nice, very dirty and just lots of odd food choices and souvenirs shops. Best restaurant was The Red Coach Inn & Restaurant. Niagara State Park itself was awesome.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were great, but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would give the person at the front desk 10 stars if I could. They gave great recommendations for pizza delivery and were very accommodating of my dog.
