Food options were excellent. We dined at Solara and Serafina onsite. The hotel is very walkable to surrounding dining options as well. In our room, the shower was really only usable with the wand as the rainhead was calcified and plugged causing the water to not flow well. The views from the room were excellent. Would have loved to be able to open a window. The AC worked well to reduce the humidity, but seemed almost too cold when returning to the room (we did try to adjust it). The room was spacious. Bed was comfy and linens were good quality. All staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again if the opportunity to travel back to the San Juan area occurs.

Beautiful lobby, everything was super clean, right on the beach, but also right on a strip of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, etc. that were easily walkable. Only cons were not charging the daily fee up front and not having a microwave accessible.

Sheets were not changed daily until I asked. My wife and came there for our anniversary but didn’t have the best experience at the hotel. When we first arrived we were told we can’t check in till 4pm even thou room was ready. Must I remind you, we brought our 8 month old daughter. We were told that we can use the pool while waiting. We used the pool for about 3 days both sides of the pool area and nobody had said anything to us. Until the next day My wife and my 8 month old daughter
