"It is a new hotel. Room is clean and view outside the hotel is good. A weakness is the breakfast which is served at the restaurant at the lobby floor. Variety of food is not wide. No egg is served. Felt bored when having breakfast every morning. Taking breakfast outside the hotel is not convenient as it is quite around the property."

One suggestion I have is to consider adding a clock, perhaps on the work desk or bedside table, as it would make it easier for guests to keep track of time. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency of your taxi-calling service. On the morning of my airport transfer, I reserved a buffer of 10-15 minutes, but to my surprise, the taxi arrived within minutes. This efficiency significantly reduced my stress and ensured I had ample time before my flight.
