The hotel is always my favorite. Everything is perfect. Exceptionally there are so few doormen. Usually there is only one . Customers are being dropped off in car queues. And sometimes there is no body at door to take care of customer luggages. Anyway it is still one of my favorite hotels.

The staff was super helpful, the paid upgrade to club tower was not worth it but otherwise our stay was very pleasant especially with the landscaping of multiple fish pond, garden areas, and walkways throughout the property.

Fabulous hotel as what you will expect for a 5 star hotel. Very busy reception seems very popular. Staff are great. Facilities are more than you asked for. However, I didn’t receive any VIP benefits. Nothing at all. No perks, no room upgrade. I even asked for late checkout but they also denied.

Property is excellent but some distance from the attractions, with limited public transport access. So, using taxis, which are plentiful, is a must. Unfortunately, at checkout the VIP discount was not applied and required me to request it. We will definitely return as we both enjoyed the hotel immensely.
