Great location for exploring Singapore
We arrived late and were put into a room that smelt damp and musty but we're too tired at that point to complain. The next morning we were immediately moved and apologies given. Yes could make a fuss about this but it was resolved quickly when requested so I see do not see it as a problem. Perfect location to walk to the MRT station 12-15 mins to to Marina sands and a very handy 7-11 shop right outside the hotel. This hotel was a perfect location for using as somewhere to sleep as we were hardly in the room. We did have room service one night and TBF the food was really good and very enjoyable. Would we stay again yes as it is one of the few hotels in this price bracket to offer an extra bed for a 12 yr old child. Oh and the pool was lovely on the one occasion we had time to use it.

I loved my stay here. I had the club level executive room and I was very pleased with it. It is a short walk to either MRT or the bus stop and if you are a walker within a 20-30 minute walk to all major areas to sight see.

The hotel was very disappointing. Not a 3*** hotel. Rooms are not cleaned only every 3 days trying to be greener!!!! But even when you get in your room it’s not really clean. The shower is terrible. We had two rooms connecting and both showers just dribbled not proper showers. After 3 days the communial areas smelt of bad odours. I would suggest spend more money and stay somewhere else.

We were offered a stay in a mobility room instead of our booked delux room due to my husband having mobility issue. Room was very basic no wardrobes for clothing only a rack and no draws. Shower was good but room very basic

Great, centrally located hotel. One of the few hotels that offered a room that could take 3 adults in a spacious room. The hotel was bright, spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed at the Furama for 3 nights while in Singapore and while the lobby and amenities area were nice, the room itself (and the hallway for the rooms) smelled like mildew. I’ve never had allergies inside a building (ie dust mites) but my allergies were TERRIBLE here. By the last night I could barely breathe and my eyes were watering like crazy and sneezing every 5seconds. I know for a fact the allergies were caused by the room/hallway because anytime I went down to the lobby or even outside, it went away and I was perfectly fine. It just felt like the whole place was “wet”. After speaking with family friends, it seems the quality of the hotel has gone down over the years. Hotel was conveniently located to the metro station (within walking distance). Otherwise, probably won’t be back.
