She had glasses, very kind I appreciated how organized she was. Extremely patient I would say as another guest was being impatient and irritable. She was a gem, please recognize her because her passion for her role really shows. I felt a bit happier walking away from that front desk after she wished us a great evening. "

"What a beautiful property! Their beds are the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!!! Check in was a breeze, they honored our request for a room on a lower floor and close to an elevator. Beautiful views, gorgeous hotel, good was just okay, nothing spectacular. A few of the nicer restaurants were closed and only opened on Thursdays- Sundays and one was closed for I'm assuming remodeling. So we ate food court/ deli items for most days and nights. Note: there is a soup place way out of the way, not near the food court but by some of the shops. "
