The room and the grounds over all were clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent, friendly, warm, and always eager to help. All the restaurants were excellent as was the service! We had a great time. In fact, we were so impressed with the resort that we purchased their "Legendary" membership and look forward to visiting Hard Rock's other resorts!

The staff was great shout out Lorena from the entertainment team made my daughter’s birthday extra special by announcing her birthday at the night show and was personally attentive to us! Also, shout out to Katy from the entertainment team came up to us pool side and made bracelets for my daughters. Had an overall great experience!

Manny was really amazing and made our week so special. We arrived to a room that was not up to standard and he stepped in to help us. Not only did he get us a better room but he worked hard all week to make sure we had the best time. He checked in daily, made reservations for cabanas and restaurants and even bowling for us. What made our stay truly excellent was the outstanding service staff. Ruben, Manuel, and Santos from the Eden Pool went above and beyond every day. Ruben not only brought us our food and drinks promptly, but he also carried great conversation and made us feel right at home. Jesús at the lobby bar was amazing—he even did a TikTok with us! Velentin at the Market buffet provided exceptional service with a warm smile each morning. It was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and it’s amazing staff like them that keep us coming back to the Hard Rock. Highly recommend!

I love the hard rock chain. It is always a pleasant experience. This wasn’t the best hardrock but it was very pleasant and the staff was superb.
