I loved this place !!! I would definitely stay here again !!! The staff was nice and friendly!! The food was good !!! They were a bit understaffed at the restaurant so the wait was long but other than that I enjoyed my stay !!!

Quick and easy check in. The rooms are clean and quiet, really nice if you want to get away from the usual casino rooms. Free parking is always a plus and also included free breakfast for the 2 days I stayed. All in all a great affordable place to stay for the weekend.

I was in town for business and this property fit all of our needs. The staff was positive, friendly and accommodating. And the FREE breakfast was amazing and an un-expected treat. Glad we were able to take advantage of it. The only thing I would say was a slight negative were the bed pillows. They were lumpy and not very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

YUCK! Don’t even bother sending customers or looking into being a customer to stay here! This property is a sad excuse for a hotel. Once used to be a casino…redone as an “exceptional” “luxury boutique hotel” these were the descriptions of the hotel which are completely false & misleading, far from any luxury existing. I entered the building to see the dirty carpets. Doesn’t management know, the entrance & lobby sets the tone for any stay. They suggested that I go to the restaurant area before checking in. It was before 2 o’clock and I was unable to check in that early, so I walk over to the restaurant area and all of the restaurants were closed. As a property staff member, they should know that all the restaurants don’t open till 5pm! Waste of my time! I checked in. I entered my room and there were flies on my pillowcase. It was the last straw! I tried to checked out early & was on the line with experian. The experian rep stated that I wouldn’t be able to get refunded for the first nite but could for the second nite as long as I called before 11am the next morning. I called at 8am, the front desk stated the manager says they weren’t refunding the 2nd nite. I asked to speak to the manager.I was placed on hold and when the front desk came back to the line. The manager was in a “meeting”. No one from the hotel did nothing to remedy the situation. No one tried to find out what was wrong & why I was canceling. No one tried to explain. Las Vegas has options. Ahern is not it!
