Location is ideal. All restaurants were great. Pool area is breathtaking. Cons, water for an entire day was shut off in your room. They gave me a food credit but didnt tell me. Mini bar, if you dont use anything but pick an item up to look at it, they will charge you 75 restocking fee. Very unfair.

We were watching TV and suddenly it said “NO Signal”, and stayed there for all night and morning until our check out. Also I tried to connect to the room Wi-Fi and it didn’t work and was offering us to pay $14.95 for the service. Cheaper hotels got free Wi-FI and stronger signals. Also the check-in process is too bureaucratic, long lines, lots of people with kids crying and all people carrying all the bags, we’re in the era of AI and expensive hotels don’t make it easy for their guests. You waste hours of your vacation time making lines.
