"Very clean, well appointed. I did not use any amenities and do not know if I could have gotten coffee or a soda. There was a bar near the elevators. As a pet owner, I appreciated the fact it was dog friendly although my dogs stayed home. A few issues I had: the bed was I believe memory foam and it was a little uncomfortable. I did turn a lot. It felt as though there was a lump in my side which seemed to follow me to the other side of the bed. Also I could not figure out how to close the shade. The cords seemed stuck. And the room was cold. I turned the heat up but it did not substantially alter the temp. I live near wind swept beaches of Cape Cod so I like cold rooms but this didn't seem to warm up much. However, I definitely would stay again. "

"The staff customer service was the very best part of my stay at New Haven Hotel. Dia (sp?) checked me in at 9:30 am, so that I could rest and get out of the cold. They also held on to my luggage until my bus departed Union Station late at night. The room was very comfortable; especially the bed. Everything was surprisingly seamless. Great stay. "
