When we first arrived at the hotel around 8 PM, the front desk staff was eating Chinese food at the counter, which filled the lobby with an unpleasant aroma. We were then informed of a $20 parking fee, even though there was no mention of this on the hotel’s website.
Our initial room was disappointing: the carpets were dirty, the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, and two of the drawers were broken. After we raised these issues, maintenance came to inspect the room and ultimately decided to move us to another.
While the second room was an improvement, the experience still fell short. The rooms are significantly smaller than they appear in the website photos, which feel misleading. Overall, the hotel is in need of a refresh, and the current condition leaves much to be desired.
