This is an old hotel, but well maintained. Feel free to disregard the negative reviews.
Both elevators worked fine, no bed bugs, house keeping was excellent, continental breakfast was fine (muffins, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee - you get the idea) and staff was incredibly friendly. Great parking, great location, incredibly affordable. No sketchy activity either.
The only thing bad about this place is the Taco Bell next door, which I would say it might be best to avoid eating at. There is a walgreens and gas station/mini mart across the street as well.
