"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Though I was put on hold when calling the front desk for an early check-in, the concierge apologized profusely, and answered my questions without me feeling rushed. The room was spacious, clean. And the area where the hotel is located was convenient for our stay because we had flown in for a concert and all our go-to sites were mostly a 15 minute drive away. I look forward to staying here again."

"The Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles is a stunning property with a rich history and gorgeous architecture. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the timeless elegance and grandeur of the space. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and the central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. However, one downside of my stay was that my room was a connecting room. Unfortunately, I could clearly hear the conversation from the guests in the adjoining room, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful experience. While this may not be an issue for all rooms, it’s something to consider if privacy and quiet are important to you. Overall, the Biltmore offers a memorable and luxurious experience, but I’d recommend requesting a non-connecting room for a more serene stay."

"I loved the location, design and layout of this building and apartment. Unfortunately, i couldn't get my stove top to work reliably at any point during my stay (I did notify the staff and they were very responsive however, even when they got it to eventually work, neither of us was really sure why it had started working and I couldn't reliably repeat the method at a later time. I di request a different room if one was available but by the time they could accommodate that request, I only had one day left so..."

"The rooms were a bit small and my room faced the pool where there was a late night DJ. But that was only one night and it didn't stop me from sleeping. The staff were very courteous and ready to assist. I enjoyed the attached breakfast cafe, and the lobby bar. The location was great for me, right by the bus stop to get me to BMO stadium. Shops and the middle of downtown were just a 10-minute walk away. Overall had a very enjoyable stay. "

"This was an amazing stay. The room is small but the perfect size for a getaway. The room is automated with an IPad and the common areas are amazing!! Definitely upgrade to the breakfast which is an amazing buffet. "
